His carreer began in the Teatro Colón, where he was responsible for the design of the stage lighting systems (1979), he directed the project of stage modernization (1989) and, until 1991, he worked as director of scenic productions. He was technical director of the theaters Argentino de La Plata (1979), Municipal de Santiago de Chile (in two occasions) and stagecraft director of the Teatro Colón (1998).
He conducted the set design of operas such as La Traviata (APES award), Le cantatrice villane, El barbero de Sevilla, L’elisir d’amore, Don Pasquale, Un ballo in maschera, Rigoletto, Ernani, Nabucco, La bohème, Lucia di Lammermoor and Fedora, among others. He did it in theaters like the Colón de Buenos Aires, Teresa Carreño de Caracas, Colón de Bogotá, Municipal de Santiago, Ópera de Colombia, Nacional Sucre de Quito, Villamaría de Jerez de la Frontera, Ópera de Oviedo and Pérez Galdós de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, between others.
He works at the moment in several projects for theaters in Latin America and assumed recently the direction of stagecraft production of the Teatro Argentino de La Plata.
